As international rail passenger transportation has been stopped since March 16 this year, the unused tickets purchased for journeys on cancelled trains are to be refunded.

Please remember that applications for the refund are accepted within 6 months starting from the date of the journey indicated on the ticket.

The tickets purchased online on travel.ldz.lv may be refunded by sending the application to uzzinas@ldz.lv

In order to get refund for tickets purchased at LDZ ticket offices, ticket originals with the application attached, must be sent by post to:
